Power lines run along street in front and back of property marked in thick red.

Shack is in back marked in thin red line.

Is shooting a line up over the trees to allow the wire to just rest on top of trees acceptable? Running a ts-480sat no amp. It will probably be a sacrificial antenna cause once its up there it won't be easy getting it down and we know hurricanes an oak trees don't really get along.

I have a vertical but not the location to mount it until I loose a select oak tree or two.
